Our second christmas without you sweety, Mum and I supported the Sepsis Trust by purchasing a special star for you, as a family that miss you so much we placed a wooden bell decoration on your bench, and sent a beautiful balloon your way. Tonight is New Years Eve and if there was one wish we could all have, it would be to see the New Year in with you at our side, you are and will always be in our hearts and thoughts.
