Family and friends find comfort in continuing to raise awareness and funds for the Sepsis Trust -

February 2018 - Mum arranged another awareness campaign at your old work place, Tesco. It was a good and successful day, she had help from your cousin Vicky, Tony & Helen, Val and work mates Clair and Martin. The kids loved the minions and your mum was very happy at giving out over a 100 awareness cards as well as raising over £300 for the Sepsis Trust.


16th December 2016, well Lou, we're only a few days from christmas, yet mum, Phyliss and some of mums work colleagues were determined to continue raising awareness of the dangers of sepsis. They also had fun seeing all the christmas jumpers that were worn in your honour with the procedes of 'christmas jumper day' going to The Sepsis Trust.

20th August 2016, friends Julie & Hannah Ramus, Linda & Hazel Asbery, Jacqui Keating and Deidre Merricks organised a beauty fundraiser in your name, they also held a raffle and Vicky made some wonderful cakes.A great time was had by all so I hear, no doubt you were there joining in the fun.

26th June 2016, your Dad, Sarah & Charlie joined your friends, Vicky, Zoe, Dave, Maria, Brooke, Paul, Kelly, Matt, and Brody in a 'Long Walk' to raise funds for the Sepsis Trust. The walk covered nearly 16 miles from Seaford to Southwick, you managed to hold the rain back but the wind took its toll, probably some sore muscles the next day too.

22nd June 2016 - HAPPY BIRTHDAY Your mum and I managed to put together a sepsis flag for you, which meant you spent your birthday helping to raise awareness at Glastonbury festival, we thought you would enjoy it.

9th June, can you believe it, Ged put away his motorbike and got out his folding push bike to raise funds for the Sepsis Trust in your memory. He rode a circuit around the Isle of Wight all in one day and wrote ' It was inspired by one person's absolute love for life - For Laura ... love and respect.' He should be extremely proud of himself, I know you will be.

14th May 2016 was a very special, once again family and friends came together to remember you. Mum and Tesco organised 'Lauras Day' , Mum, Helen, Tony, Vicky and Phyliss spend the day raising awareness, whilst your work mates put on lots of fun things for every one to take part in, those in the telephone department splashed your beautiful face across the big screen. Alan was there to show his love in your memory.

28th September 2015 - Your mum sets up an awareness compaign at the railway station, her boss shares her ambition to spread the word and put other families in a better position to help their loved ones.

12 September 2015 - Stephen Runnacles hosted a hog roast with ticket sales going to the Sepsis Trust in your name, he also had a good selection of ales which would have pleased you

8 September 2015 - Sepsis Day and your mum along with your Aunty Helen and Linda Asbery spent time doing what is the most important thing for your Mum, spreading the message about Sepsis, they handed out leaflets at the railway station, whilst rattling their buckets.

18 July 2015 - Tammy and Sarah organise a abseil for family and friends to remember and celebrate the life you shared. A great day was had by all the brave souls that took part.

31 March 2015 - Aunty Val held a coffee morning in your name, she baked and had lots of handmade crafts for sale. Mum went along too.

5 October 2014 - Your friends Tammy and Carla organised a wonderful table top sale / fun day to help raise funds in your name.
